I was asked to do food photography for El Borracho Del Oro, a Spanish restaurant in Birmingham’s city centre. El Borracho serves a mix of tapas style small plates as well as hearty larger dishes all based on authentic and traditional Spanish flavours. Seafood is a heavy influence on the menu with fresh mussels, prawns and mackerel all featuring throughout.

The food is a joy to photograph, great ingredients well cooked and presented in a refined way.
